Before you begin

The video uses a high proportion of sheet gelatine for a clean-cut finish. Dry the strawberries before adding them and pour gently to keep the surrounding jelly as clear as possible.

Method 做法

01

Soften the gelatine

Cut the gelatine sheets into manageable pieces and soak in cold water until flexible. Hull the strawberries, rinse and dry them.

02

Prepare the clear jelly

Warm 150 ml Pocari Sweat with the sugar until dissolved. Drain the softened sheets and stir into the warm liquid until no strands remain. Add the remaining 150 ml drink and stir gently to avoid bubbles.

03

Set the strawberries

Let the prepared jelly cool somewhat before adding the fruit. Place the strawberries in a square or rectangular dish with the jelly, spacing them so each piece can be cut with fruit inside. Refrigerate for about four hours or until very firm.
