Which carrier will deliver my order?
We select a suitable service according to parcel size and destination. Partners may include USPS, SF Express, Canada Post and local last-mile carriers.
When will I receive tracking?
We send the tracking number by email after dispatch. You can also check the Track My Order page.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Some services only show detailed tracking after the parcel reaches the destination country. Please allow a few days for the first update.
Why is my parcel delayed?
Customs, severe weather, public holidays and local delivery arrangements can create delays outside our control. Contact us if the parcel is substantially beyond the estimate.
