Choose your size

Sizes are the manufacturer's nominal size labels. Capacities are approximate total volumes, not recommended batter quantities; leave room for your cake to rise.

How to use

1. Before first use, wash with mild detergent and dry thoroughly.
2. Fit the base into the ring and close the clasp securely. Lightly grease the inside with butter or oil before baking.
3. Follow your recipe for baking and cooling. When ready to unmould, open the clasp and gently lift away the outer ring.

Care

Hand wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly before storing. Avoid metal utensils, abrasive cleaners, dishwashers and dish dryers. Do not use over a direct flame or heat the pan empty. Take care around the folded metal edges.
