Description

Bring a little French pâtisserie to your kitchen with this set of six classic canelé molds. Their fluted sides and rounded, flower-like base give each bake its distinctive shape, ready for that first bite through a caramelised crust into a soft, custardy centre.

Each individual mold has a seamless, one-piece body made from aluminium-coated metal, with a non-stick interior to help your canelés release more easily. The black exterior coating is designed for oven baking, while the separate cups let you arrange a small batch on your baking tray with space between each mold.

With an inner diameter of approximately 5.5 cm and a height of 5.3 cm, these molds make individual treats for an afternoon coffee, a dessert plate or a box of homemade bakes to share. Lightly grease before filling and follow your recipe for batter resting, baking and unmolding. A little care with the coating will help keep the molds ready for your next batch.

Use & Care

Before first use, wash gently with mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge, then dry thoroughly.
Lightly grease the interior before filling, including along the fluted sides.
Place the individual molds on a baking tray and follow your recipe for baking and unmolding.
Use oven gloves when handling hot molds.
Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners to protect the coating.
Remove baked goods after unmolding; do not store food in the molds.
Hand-wash after the molds have cooled, dry thoroughly and store in a dry place.
