Before first use, wash gently with mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge, then dry thoroughly.
Lightly grease the interior before filling, including along the fluted sides.
Place the individual molds on a baking tray and follow your recipe for baking and unmolding.
Use oven gloves when handling hot molds.
Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners to protect the coating.
Remove baked goods after unmolding; do not store food in the molds.
Hand-wash after the molds have cooled, dry thoroughly and store in a dry place.
