Destinations, shipping rates & free shipping
Shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds vary by destination. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for the destination-by-destination rate table and delivery estimates.
We ship to the countries and eligible addresses available at checkout. Some locations may be unavailable because of carrier or local restrictions. If you cannot select your delivery country, please contact us before placing your order.
Currency & checkout
Our shipping table identifies the currency for each rate and free-shipping threshold. USD means US dollars and is different from CAD, AUD and NZD. When you shop in a supported local currency, shipping charges and qualifying amounts are converted at checkout. Converted amounts may change with exchange rates.
The final shipping charge and available delivery options are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Select Free Shipping when your order qualifies. There is no single worldwide free-shipping threshold.
Order preparation & delivery time
Order preparation usually takes 1–3 business days before dispatch. Delivery time is additional and depends on your destination. See the delivery time table for our current estimates.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, public holidays, weather and local carrier conditions can cause delays.
Carriers & tracking
We select a suitable shipping service for your parcel size and destination. Partners may include USPS, SF Express, Canada Post and local delivery carriers.
After dispatch, we email your tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Track My Order page. Some services only show detailed updates after the parcel reaches the destination country; please allow a few days for the first update.
If your parcel is substantially beyond the estimated delivery time or you need help with tracking, please contact us.
Returns & exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Products must be unused and in their complete packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
