1. Clean with warm water and a small amount of mild detergent, then wipe dry with a soft cloth.
2. Do not use abrasive metal tools, scouring pads, or chemical agents to clean the mold.
3. Do not leave baked goods in the mold for an extended period.
4. Avoid storing the mold in damp environments or stacking it with other items.
5. After use, wipe any residue from the mold using a soft cloth.
1. While not the same as the one in my video, this is the best cake roll mold I've used - it's far superior to any Japanese or European brands I've tried, and the cakes never crack or bubble up.
2. It's more expensive, but the quality and thickness are worth it - no warping issues due to temperature changes . The larger size also means higher shipping costs.
3. I'd recommend pairing it with my 28cm NonStick Baking Parchment from my online store - the thicker Baking Parchment prevents unsightly creases better than regular oil paper.
