Wash before first use. Hand wash with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft sponge, then dry thoroughly.
Place the open-bottom molds on a lined baking tray. Portion and seal your filled pastry dough before pressing it gently into the molds.
Remove the press before baking. Follow your recipe for greasing, baking temperature and timing; do not use the molds directly on a stovetop.
Use oven gloves to handle hot molds. Let the cakes cool enough to handle before gently releasing them.
Avoid abrasive scourers and sharp tools that may scratch the surfaces. Store dry.
