1. Agreement & Store Use
This website is operated by MolalaCook. By visiting the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
You must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information, impersonate another person, or use our content or services to violate another person's rights.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products, Images & Availability
We aim to describe products, dimensions, materials, colours and compatibility accurately. Screen settings, production batches and handmade or manufactured finishes can create small variations. Please read the product page and check measurements before ordering.
Product availability is updated regularly but can change. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly and offer an appropriate alternative, cancellation or refund.
We may update descriptions, prices, options or product availability when necessary. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
3. Orders, Prices & Payment
Your order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, a material pricing error, shipping restrictions or unavailable supply. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund the affected amount.
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the store. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply conversion fees. Unless the checkout states otherwise, the customer is responsible for applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees and brokerage charges imposed by the destination country.
Please provide complete and accurate billing, delivery and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by incorrect information supplied at checkout.
4. Fulfilment & Delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched through our fulfilment and delivery network. Processing and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, weather and local restrictions may affect arrival.
Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for current processing times, estimated delivery windows, tracking and shipping charges. Contact us if your parcel is substantially outside the estimate.
5. Returns, Refunds & Order Problems
Return eligibility, time limits, item condition, damaged products and refund processing are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please contact us before sending anything back and include your order number and clear photographs when reporting damage or defects.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
6. Product Use, Baking & Food Safety
Kitchen and baking tools may involve heat, sharp edges, heavy objects or food-contact surfaces. Follow the product instructions, inspect items before use, use suitable protective equipment and supervise children. Stop using any item that appears damaged or unsafe.
Recipes and cooking information are provided for general educational and inspirational purposes. Ingredients, ovens and conditions vary. You are responsible for allergen checks, ingredient suitability, safe food handling, cooking temperatures and dietary requirements.
7. Website Content, Reviews & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, MolalaCook owns or is licensed to use the website design, text, photographs, videos, recipes, graphics and branding. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, resale, republication or commercial use requires prior written permission.
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights. You give MolalaCook a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt that submission for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove unlawful, misleading or inappropriate content.
8. Privacy, Shopify & Third-Party Services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party providers for payments, delivery, analytics, reviews and order tracking. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Please read our Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is handled.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or separate transactions.
9. Service Availability & Responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MolalaCook is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or any mandatory consumer guarantee. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service.
10. Changes, Severability & Applicable Rights
We may update these Terms when the store, services or legal requirements change. The version posted when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law. If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to MolalaCook and the relevant transaction, without removing mandatory consumer protections available in the customer's place of residence. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly.
