Use & Care

Hand wash with mild detergent and a soft sponge, then dry promptly.
Do not leave wooden handles soaking in water. Avoid dishwashers and steam cleaning.
Avoid abrasive scourers, sharp tools and harsh cleaning products that may mark the finish.
Use for measuring ingredients only; do not place on a stovetop, in an oven or in a microwave.
For dry ingredients, fill and gently level according to your recipe. Use a kitchen scale when the recipe gives weights.
Store in a dry place.
