The TIGERCROWN CakeLand strainer is made in Japan from 18-8 stainless steel with a fine 40-mesh screen. Three sizes are available, each with a wire handle. These are small strainers for tea and finishing tasks rather than large flour sieves.

Use & care
Wash by hand with mild detergent, rinse the mesh thoroughly and dry after use. The manufacturer advises against dishwashers and dish dryers.
Avoid pressing sharp utensils against the fine mesh. Check the width against your cup or bowl before choosing a size.
