Description

Enjoy an easier release when baking your favourite cakes. Made in Japan by TIGERCROWN, this springform pan has a clasp that opens the outer ring and a removable base, so you can lift away the sides without turning your cake upside down.

The coated steel body and simple release mechanism make it a practical choice for cakes that need gentle unmoulding. Choose from three sizes for smaller bakes or a cake to share.

How to use

  1. Before first use, wash with mild detergent and dry thoroughly.
  2. Fit the base into the ring and close the clasp securely. Lightly grease the inside with butter or oil before baking.
  3. Follow your recipe for baking and cooling. When ready to unmould, open the clasp and gently lift away the outer ring.
