Japanese-made canelé molds designed for even baking and a clean release. The TFS steel construction and non-stick coating help create a crisp shell with an evenly coloured finish.

Use & Care
Lightly grease the inside before use. Hand wash without steel wool or abrasive pads, dry immediately and store with airflow between stacked molds. Not dishwasher safe.
Molala’s Note
These molds take a little longer to bake than copper, but they give me even colour and a uniform crumb at a more approachable price.
