Use & Care
Use & CareHand wash with a soft cloth or plastic scraper and dry promptly. Avoid metal utensils, soaking and harsh cleaners. Leave the pan ungreased for chiffon and angel food cakes.

Molala’s NoteFor the best chiffon rise, cool the cake upside down before removing it from the pan.
