A square carbon-steel pan for Japanese and Taiwanese castella, sponge cakes and brownies. The non-stick surface and 0.6 mm construction help the cake bake evenly and release cleanly.

Use & Care
Hand wash with a soft sponge and dry thoroughly. Do not soak, use sharp tools or heat the empty pan. Allow it to cool before washing and store in a dry place.
