Description

From glossy chocolate tartlets to fresh fruit and custard, these perforated tart rings help you shape neat, individual pastry shells with straight sides and a clean finish. Their small openings allow air to circulate around the pastry as it bakes, helping moisture escape for a crisp shell.

Each set includes five round stainless-steel rings in one size. Choose 5 cm (1.97 in) for mini tartlets or 7 cm (2.76 in) for individual desserts. Make a matching batch for afternoon tea, a dessert table or a weekend baking project, then fill your cooled shells with lemon curd, ganache or your favourite seasonal fruit.

The bottomless design lets you line and bake the pastry directly on a baking mat or a tray lined with baking paper. Chill the lined shells before baking according to your recipe, then allow them to cool before gently removing the rings. A baking tray, mat and pastry are not included.

Use & Care

Wash before first use with warm soapy water and a soft sponge, then dry thoroughly.
Place the rings on a baking mat or a tray lined with baking paper before lining them with pastry.
Chill the lined shells and bake according to your recipe. Use oven gloves when handling hot rings.
Allow the pastry to cool before gently removing the rings.
Hand wash after use, clearing any pastry from the perforations with a soft brush. Avoid abrasive scourers and dry thoroughly before storing.
Do not use in a microwave.
